With clinics in Fermoy and Cork City, the main focus of APC Physio & Sports Clinic is to reduce pain, improve movement and function to achieve optimal wellbeing. We empower and educate you to take charge of your own long term health.
In addition to our Physio services, we also offer Physio led Pilates classes. Our Pilates classes are designed to improve core stability, pelvic floor function, strength, flexibility and mobility. Pilates classes are generally suitable postnatally once cleared by the GP after the 6 week check up. You are welcome to bring your baby to our Pilates classes, placed next to you during class.
