Aoife Clifford Antenatal & Baby Massage Classes

I'm Aoife Clifford. I'm a Cuidiú Antenatal Ireland antenatal educator and Cuidiú volunteer breastfeeding counsellor.  I also run pregnancy and postpartum retreats and I am a baby massage instructor, registered with Baby Massage Ireland.

I offer antenatal classes online and in-person and I run baby massage classes in Greystones, Wicklow in 5 week blocks.  My retreats are based in Roundwood in the magical land of Cnoc na mBan. 

I am forever in awe of birth, breastfeeding and babies.  My drive to keep going (amidst massive PR machines) is to keep parents aware that they have body autonomy, choices and a voice in their maternity/pregnancy care.

In a world of short-form content, opinion presented as fact and information overload, it can be hard to figure out what is for you and your family. It can also be hard to find an actual human to talk to.

My aim in my work is to inform parents and connect them with other people and resources in their community. Parenting can be lonely so I am really passionate about people making social connections at my classes.

I also understand that babies come into families in many different ways.  I aim to run inclusive classes where everyone is welcome.  This is the heart and soul of my business principles.

My favourite thing to do is hold space and LISTEN to expecting and new parents. Knowing you are not alone in your thoughts and feelings on this journey can be transformative.
