SCENT aims to become a leading innovation hub in the Philippines within five years, accelerating the translation of emerging technologies into tangible solutions that address national challenges.  These are the following targets:

1. Impact: Achieve at least 3-5 demonstrably successful projects by 2029. These projects should directly benefit Filipino communities and showcase the positive impact of SCENT's collaborative approach.

2. Collaboration: Foster a network of active researchers, students, and industry partners by 2027. This network will serve as a platform for knowledge exchange and project development, ensuring a multi-disciplinary approach to problem-solving.

3. Capacity Building: Train and equip students with advanced skills in emerging technologies relevant to SCENT's focus areas by 2029. This ensures a pipeline of future innovators who can continue SCENT's mission.

4. Visibility: Secure national recognition as a premier research and development institution by 2030. This will be achieved through publications, presentations at conferences, and media coverage highlighting SCENT's accomplishments.

5. Sustainability: Establish a sustainable funding model by 2026. This could involve a combination of government grants, industry partnerships with revenue sharing, or attracting private investment in SCENT's initiatives.
