CTAM FOUNDATION was created by a unanimous decision of the CTAM Board of Governors at its bi-annual meeting on February 5, 1995. CTAM FOUNDATION is a 501 (c) (3) public charity under tax law, affiliated with the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation. Because it is a public charity, donations are fully deductible. The Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation provides all legal, administrative, and investment services of the foundation for a minimal fee. CTAM FOUNDATION is a multipurpose fund, allowing for permanent endowments, more highly liquid program funds, dedicated funds to fulfill specific donor advisements, and individual asset gifting programs, which provide current financial benefits to the donor while providing a future financial legacy for the charitable fund.
