Internal Affairs Tickets are the second level of ticket/support available. The Office of Internal Affairs mainly investigate CHP Officers. They take disciplinary actions when needed.

• Anything else relating investigations.

Board of Commissioners Tickets are the highest level of ticket/support available. Only a few reasons are accepted to open this type of ticket:

• Leadership/BoC Report (Not by OIA);

• Board of Commissioners Questions;

• Reinstatements;

• Anything that needs to be done by SHRs.
