FORMATIONS

VIP serves as a volunteer pool of the CSO. This program enables the scholars to share their knowledge, talents and skills by implementing programs, projects and activities to help CSO attain its mission and vision. Furthermore, this program immerses the scholars in various formation programs to advance their leadership skills and knowledge, and to have a better understanding about one self, others, and the community.

VIP Departments

Advocacy Programs Department

This department develops and implements advocacy programs in line with CSO’s mission and vision (e.g. mental health, environment, leadership).

Audience Development Department

Help increase ISDA involvement by creating gimmicks and fun games to encourage scholars to participate in every activities conducted by the office.

Budget and Finance Department

administers the budget, develops financial plans and strategies for incoming projects, and provides liquidation and transparency from projects that involve monetary budget.

Communications Department

This department creates the brand and image of the different events, programs and activities through effectively communicating CSO’s mission and vision to the public.

Events Department

This department develops and organizes events that will strengthen the bond among city scholars as well as reinforce the ISDA brand. (e.g. FIOGET)

External Linkages Department

ensures and maintains partnerships from non-government institutions and sustain collaboration with partners.

Volunteer Development

This department ensures that the volunteers are equipped with skills and capabilities essential in handling the various events, programs and activities of the team and CSO.
