An 8-week long leadership training program under the CDO City Scholarship Office. The academy offers various training for skills development among leaders in the organization that would equip them in organization skills, events management skills, resource mobilization, and community development. This academy accommodates the specific needs of school-based organizations and community-based organizations.

Objectives

This project aims to provide holistic leadership training to 150 scholar-leaders from different schools and community-based scholar organizations so they are able to assess individual skills as leaders, acquire skills in building a cohesive and spirited team, practice leadership in day-to-day interactions, and motivate others toward a common purpose.
