What To Know
This mind map is a way to organize and list the things I can do to achieve success during this summer semester of class. It had been categorized into four categories of what I can focus on for success. Each Category has three of it's own sub categories of what I can do to achieve each section.
Lessons learned
My insomnia and ADHD pose some problems that are difficult to fix by willpower alone.
For insomnia I will need to try to keep a sleep schedule and use safe sleep aides prescribed by a doctor.
For my ADHD I will need to use fidget tools to keep my hands focused so I can focus better on class.
I also realized that it would be better to focus on my work outside of my house. This gives me more motivation to work on classwork because it gives me a new and fresher environment.
Considering everything, the most important focus for success is my health and wellbeing. If I am well and healthy then I can give my full effort towards my work.
