The Committee for Crosfields Junior Football Club is an elected group of people who represent the views of the whole club. The positions are:

Child Welfare Officer: Brodie Bannon
Compliance, Marina Banford
Charity Coordinator: Heather Hughes
Pitch scheduler: Andy Kay
Safety Officer: Vacant
Advisory & Girls Section: Andy Thomas
Committee must be nominated and voted in at each Annual General Meeting. All parents of the players are invited to stand for election and to vote for the Committee.
The Committee's main role is to oversee the general running of the Club, make decisions that continue the development of the club in line with our ethos and development plan. The Committee endeavours to meet each month. Some decisions for the general running of the Club will be made at the monthly Management Committee meetings. The Committee will also be called to meet if an extra-ordinary circumstance arises or to discuss changes to Club policy. The Committee should then make recommendations and may input new policies, which may also be discussed by the Management Committee. Much day-to-day running of the club happens between meetings by e-mail consensus of the Committee.
The Committee is responsible for upholding the reputation and ethos of the Club, managing club finances and for allocating Club funds for items required by the various age groups. TheCommittee will hear all disciplinary cases that are brought via Stage 3 of the Complaints procedure, and will make decisions regarding each individual case.
The Secretary is responsible for communicating with the League and F.A. for any matters that our Club is required to respond to. The Secretary will also provide communications to the parents and players whenever our Club decides it is necessary to do so. All external communications from our Club must be sent via the Secretary.
The Chairman chairs Monthly Club meetings and Annual General Meetings.
The Treasurer is responsible for keeping accurate records of our Clubs funds and for the maintenance of our Clubs bank account. The Treasurer is required to arrange an independent audit of our Clubs accounts at the close of each season.
