1. To up-hold the name of Crosfields J.F.C. at all times.
2. To ensure that their child is available for training sessions & matches & to transport them to & from venues.
3. To accept responsibility for their child at matches & tournaments.
4. To respect Team Managers & coaches decisions.
5. To accept & respect Refereeing decisions & other match officials.
6. To respect the opposition.
7. To encourage & applaud the children playing soccer - including the opposition!
8. To practice the Club & League rules concerning Fair Play at all matches.
9. To co-operate with & support the Team Managers & coaches.
10. To refrain from coaching the players from the line in match situations.
11. To demonstrate appropriate behaviour at all times i.e. at matches, training & when on official Club business.
12. To keep the Club informed of any change of address or contact telephone numbers for safety reasons.
13. To read the Club handbook & observe the guidelines.
14. To show support to the Club & it's philosophies.
15. To take part in the FA Soccer Parent course run by the Club.
To act in the best interests of the children concerned at all times.
To never discriminate against any child.
To be aware of the safety of players at all times.
To observe all Child Protection policies, F.A. Law & League rules.
To observe F.A. guidelines concerning goal post safety.
To respect the players & their parents.
To respect the opposition.
To accept & respect Refereeing decisions & other match officials.

To take the necessary FA coaching qualifications.

To endeavour to ensure that the players enjoy their football.
To ensure that the training sessions they conduct are appropriate for the age, maturity & experience of the players.
To act within the guidelines & philosophies of the Club.
To avoid participating in Internet instant messaging (eg. MSN) and/or Internet based social networks (e.g. Facebook) where the messaging and/or social networks involve private communications with Children at Crosfields JFC.
1. To act in the best interests of the children concerned at all times.
2. To act within the guidelines stipulated by the Football Association.
3. To act within the guidelines stipulated by League that the players are entered into.
4. To observe an equal opportunities policy for the players concerned.
5. To ensure that children are not discriminated against because of race or sex.
6. To ensure that child safety guidelines are observed, paying particular attention to goal post safety.
7. To observe Child Protection policies.
8. To ensure that all expenditure from Club funds is made in the best interest of the players concerned.
9. To strive to provide the best training facilities for the players according to Club funds.
10. To safeguard the assets of the Club i.e. all Club equipment.

• Crosfields JFC acknowledges that every child, young person or adult who plays or participates in football should be able to do so in an enjoyable and safe environment.
• Crosfields JFC acknowledges that all of the above should be protected from poor practice and from all forms of abuse.
• Crosfields JFC will not tolerate any form of inappropriate language or threatening behaviour from parents, guests, spectators, visitors, officials or club representatives on match sidelines, particularly that aimed towards match officials and participating children.
• Crosfields JFC reserves the right to ask any individual demonstrating actions deemed to conflict with this policy to move away from the match sidelines and, if necessary, to leave club premises.
