*** REGISTER FOR THE NEW 2025/2026 SEASON ***
Before the player starts or on day one, gather the required information:
Players Full name
Date of Birth
Address (incl. Postcode)
If there are any siblings in the club
Any medical conditions
Parents (or over 18's players ) mobile number
Parents (or over 18's players) email address
You can do so using email, or WhatsApp with the parent of a child or directly with an adult player. THE PLAYER THEN BECOMES INSURED AT THE CLUB ONCE THIS INFORMATION IS HELD.
Players are offered a free 3-week period where they will partake in training sessions to allow the player time to settle in and ensure they are enjoying football training at the Club. During the 3 weeks training sessions the player will not be partaking in competitive games/friendlies. After the 3 weeks or before if the player wishes to join they should set up a monthly Direct Debit for subs.
We recommend that when players start the 3 week period that parents/guardians/over 18s (Adult players) complete the online registration form to speed up the registration process should you wish to join the Club.
Registration links can be found on the Home page at the top of the website
Players will be charged a monthly fee starting after their first few weeks with the club (paid in arrears).
ONCE A PLAYER HAS COMPLETED THE REGISTRATION FORM AND SET UP A DIRECT DEBIT FOR MONTHLY SUBS, THEY WILL BECOME A MEMBER OF THE CLUB AND CAN PARTAKE IN COMPETITIVE GAMES/FRIENDLIES (IF AGREED BY COACHES) AND ARE ENTITLED TO KIT (LEAGUE REGISTERED PLAYERS ONLY). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REGISTRATION FORM AND SUBS WILL BE CHECKED BY THE REGISTRATION REPRESENTATIVE AND CONFIRMED TO THE COACH.
Parents/Players are responsible for setting up a Direct Debit and ensuring it remains in place whilst their child/children are members of the Club.
If monthly training fees are not paid, the Club will issue a warning letter stating that the player(s) will be suspended unless payment of fees resumes immediately and any arrears are paid in full. Failure to subsequently pay any fees will result in a player being suspended from all Club activities.
A member whose monthly subscription is more than three (3) months in arrears shall be deemed to have resigned.
League registrations
If the player is to play in league matches a head shot will be required and should be sent to the Registration representative for completion of the process.
Leaving the club
If a player wishes to leave the Club at any time, their parent/guardian must complete Club De-registration forms. All kit and equipment must be returned, and all monthly subscriptions must be paid to date. Players may leave and join another junior football club only if they complete the club de-registration process and the league transfer process. Under Club and League Rules, players may not register for another Junior Football Club until they have discharged all their previous club's financial liabilities. The Direct Debit in place for subscriptions will be cancelled once the player has deregistered from the club, returned any loaned kit and discharged all their financial liabilities to the club.
