Our music lessons are located in several places in and around York city centre. Please contact us to find out where the session you're interested in is located.

Many of our sessions happen in the York St John Creative Centre. 

lessons vary depending on the teacher and on the kind of lesson interested. We also have a selection of scholarships and bursaries handed out at our discression. Please veiw our services page to find the cost of the session you are interested in, alternately you can reach out to one of our team for more information. 

Most students receiving tuition in a specific instrument will need to have their own instrument. We have a small stock of instruments to hire please contact us for more information. Alternately instruments can be hired from york music hub for a small termly cost. We can also provide recommendations for students wishing to purchase their own instrument. 

We have lessons for students of all levels ranging from beginners to post grade 8. We also have a wide range of sessions just for fun. Please contact us if you're not sure what is right for you. 

*group lessons are only currently available for up to grade 3. If you would be interested in a group class for alternate grades please register your interest by contacting us.

Our sessions can be paid for - in cash on the day, via bank transfer (please ask your teacher for their details) or even via check. Some of our staff may also have card machines. 

Your teacher should let you know exactly what to bring to each session but in general you will need to bring: your instrument, your music and something to keep it in, a pencil and a water bottle.
