Janis Henslee, CEO of Digital Fitness, has built an incredibly successful Digital Marketing Team offering a host of services to business of all sizes! Cheryl met Janis when Janis reached out to Cheryl on LinkedIn and Cheryl said she didn't want to speak with someone promising the moon. Janis offered to just listen to Cheryl and discuss what her needs were as a new consulting firm.

After an introductory conversation, Cheryl knew Janis had a story that needed to be told as it fit what her first book is all about #NoCredentials. Janis shares her story of finally finding a school program that worked for her, The University of Phoenix, after which she attended Full Sail for her graduate degree. This is one of the schools Cheryl researched as she built the Digital Design Program at Grand Canyon University.

Cheryl is proud to share that Digital Fitness built Cheryl's logo and branding for Data2Develop, LLC Cheryl and husband Bruce's Talent Management & Leadership Consulting start-up in Seattle, Washington.

Update - in July 2019 Janis Henslee closed her doors and returned to working for an Agency. She provided Data2Develop the original art work for her brand, offered to continue to support her from her new employer or support Cheryl in whatever way should could. A consummate professional.

Dean Meyers is a friend and colleague as he is illustrating Cheryl's book series on Credentials. He has been covering news for and from visual thinkers of all kinds.

Topics range from VR/AR, graphics, video and media, design, innovation and visual storytelling to the hardware and technology that makes it all possible.

A brilliantly talented artist, musician, composer, opera singer - Cheryl's kind of best friend. Thanks to Wiley Workplace Tools - Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team programs, we met, we bonded, the rest is history. We have a standing One/One every Thursday to support each other as we build our respective businesses.

Cheryl loves white boarding and has been teaching sales reps how to do it for the last ten years. Dean is a Master at using Graphic Facilitation and Design Thinking for Change Management. Cheryl cannot speak highly enough of this gentle man and his talents.

Steffan was one of the inaugural students in the Digital Design program created by Cheryl Christensen when she was asked to build a new program of study to replace the Communications program she was original hired to teach. He was one of five (5) who enrolled in the Fall of 2011, an amazing artist, but had never used a computer for his art.

Steffan overcame his hesitations, threw himself into his studies, followed the advice of his professors and graduated with honors. He now sits on the Board of Directors of AIGA AZ as the Graphic Design Chair. Noticing how happy the other board members were, he realized they all owned their own agencies. So he decided to transform his career and form a design agency with a couple of buddies and BridgePhx was born where he has already tripled the income he was personally making his first year in operations.
