Cheryl McCurdy Christensen is working hard to finish her first book, #NoCredentials: Stories of Innovation and Transformation which she started drafting after working in higher education. Watching the Digital Transformation and the impact on the workplace, Cheryl felt compelled to write the book to discuss the changing dynamics of acquisitive corporations as she has transformed her career eight (8) times.

Talent Development Executives are tasked with ensuring employees are engaged, the right talent is hired, including the high potentials for critical succession planning, employees are healthy, a fun and hip culture is attracting Generation Z, and Millennials are allowed to quickly make a difference. Most critical today, all employees are offered learning and development opportunities.
