 Creative Disruptions 2021

a THAT network London Online Exhibition

THAT network SCHOOLS' EXHIBITION

We are pleased to celebrate and showcase a selection of exceptional artwork from GCSE, A level and KS3 students, produced during an unprecedented year of blended learning.

The goal of this online exhibition is to bring together schools, students and wider communities from across the borough of Tower Hamlets to showcase their artwork, connect and take part in wonderful workshops led by our partners- universities, galleries and organisations.

This exhibition showcases work produced during an unprecedented year and half of blended learning. At a time when the world fell silent and the streets emptied, we all went online and learned in different ways. We normally hold a physical exhibition of our students' work, but this year like so many events, we have had to go online, but this has enabled us to still celebrate the creative output of Tower Hamlets students, who have managed to make some stunning work and rise to the challenge of working in unusual ways.

Thank you to our funders THAMES and our partners and supporters London Metropolitan School of Art, Architecture and Design, University of the Arts (UAL), Bow Arts and the Royal Drawing School.

Click the 'schools' exhibitions' tab (top of the page) to view each of the school's galleries, or click on the school's image (below).

This is year, due to Covid-19 Pandemic, we've had to adapt to the situation and so our annual exhibition has moved online. However, next year, we are hoping we can return to the wonderful Art Pavilion, in Mile End Park.
