Elle’s workshop introduces the concept of journaling for well-being through her own lived experience. You will get a chance to try different methods of journaling, play with fountain pens, and have some time for personal reflection through writing. This is a relaxed session, from a medical student, for medical students.
Please bring along your notebook/journal, and a favourite pen, if you have one
One will have been provided for you if you do not currently have a journal (on the first day of the course)

Elle Tallgren is a 4th year medical student who began her journey of creative enquiry in the first year of MBBS. Since then she has been exploring the theme of flourishing in her life, and draws on methods of journaling and reflective writing as a source of comfort, growth, but also professional and personal development. She has been a photographer for more than 10 years and often includes her eye for aesthetic in journaling.
