The level of creativity that is brought forth by an individual can be ordinary or extraordinary depending on his/her social class. For instance, a student coming from conformist culture may not find creativity as desirable as a student who belongs to a culture where emphasis is placed on individuality (Craft, 2003).
It becomes the duty of an educator to guide students to path where they are able to sort their ideas and differentiate between destructive and constructive ideas. It is essential to build an atmosphere where students are ethically responsible for not only their creative ideas but also those of their peers (Craft, 2003).
It is vital to determine how a fixed, compulsory and propositional knowledge curriculum can be modified to create spaces that allows for the integration of creativity (Craft, 2003).
There is a need for the teachers to be well prepared in order to construct an environment that caters the individual creative needs of students (Sawyer, 2015).
There is a need to construct environment that guides students to improvise knowledge and skills (Sawyer, 2015).
