The "I Speak" resource document from DHS is available to help identify the primary language of non-English speakers. It uses a short phrase in over 60 languages to indicate the spoken language.Β "I Speak" can help your staff select an appropriate interpreter as well as ensure consistent and effective interaction with individuals who have limited English proficiency.Β
