RAMP

Under Ms. Kirk's leadership, Monroe Elementary's School Counseling Program in Norman, Oklahoma received the designation of Recognized ASCA (American School Counselor Association) Model Program (RAMP) in 2019. The RAMP designation recognizes schools that are committed to delivering an exemplary comprehensive school counseling program. Honorees are awarded for aligning their program with the criteria in the ASCA National Model, a framework for a comprehensive, data-driven school counseling. Learn more about RAMP here.

Monroe was only the second school in the entire state of Oklahoma to receive this designation.
