Join our Strava club to track your runs, log your workouts, communicate with other runners, and keep yourself motivated!
Four Easy Steps!
Open the app or Strava Website to create your account. You can use Google, Facebook, or Email to create an account!
Click the Explore tab at the top of the page (desktop) or bottom of the screen (mobile). Select "Clubs" from the drop-down menu (desktop) or slider (mobile). Search for "Regis Couch to 5k". Click on the club with our logo then click "Join Club"!

On the app, click the "◉ Record" button at the bottom of the screen. Click "◉ START" to begin recording your run! All your runs will be tracked and saved in your Strava account! If you have an activity monitor, like an apple watch or FitBit, you can also link it to your Strava account.
