Welcome to 2024's Couch to 5K program! We are back in person for 6 sessions from June 3rd to July 8th at Berkeley Lake Park in Denver, CO.

Runs will be held Mondays from 6-7pm.
We will meet at the Pavilion with pink stars on the map! There is free parking available.
