This helmet was entirely 3D printed. Using a model I acquired, I cut it into various parts and 3D printed them. 6 parts for the horns, and 4 more for the rest of the helmet. I spent days sanding pieces down, adding putty filler, an sanding even more. Eventually, I began gluing pieces together, hiding the seems with more putty and sanding. To ensure the helmet fit properly, I used a heat gun to make the plastic malleable, and bent it to fit my head. Finally, it was all spray painted gold with several layers of gloss spray paint on top.
