*The cancellation fee is 6% of the paid amount in case you cancel before the deadline. There is no refund after the deadline.
**The registration fee covers:
- attendance at the conference
- conference materials
- coffee breaks
- welcome reception on Oct. 21 (Mon), including Maiko/Geiko's dance performance.
***For accompanying person(s), the banquet fee is 10,000 JPY and the reception fee is 6,000 JPY.
