Poster sessions

• The size of a poster board will be 90 cm (width) and 210 cm (height) and can hold an A0-size poster.

• Please print your own poster by yourself and bring it to the venue. There is no printer at the venue.

• There are some copy shops in Kyoto where A0-size printing is available (google map).

Schedule and Venue

There will be a main poster session and two backup poster sessions, and the dates and times for each session are as follows. The backup poster session 1 consists of sessions 1a and 1b. The backup poster session 2 consists of sessions 2a and 2b. The main poster session will be held in two venues (International Conference Hall (2F) in Clock Tower & International Science Innovation Building (5F)) [MAP]. The backup poster sessions will be held in International Science Innovation Building (5F) only.

The board for your poster

Each poster will be assigned a unique serial number for each poster session. Please visit [poster lists: main, backup1, backup2] and find your name. Please check the date, the venue and the number assigned to your poster. The assigned numbers will vary depending on the venue, as indicated below.

We ask you to put your poster on the board labeled by the number assigned to it. Please remove your poster at the end of each session. (Between the subsessions a and b of each backup session, you can leave your poster on the poster board.)

Poster size, etc.

Poster boards accommodate A0-size posters. The size of a poster board is 90 cm (width) and 210 cm (height). You can use only one side of a poster board for your presentation. We ask you to display your poster on the board by yourself. You can use pushpins (available at the venues) to pin up your poster to the board. Please make sure to put up your poster well before the start of the poster sessions. The posters should be removed just after the end of each session. Please print your own poster by yourself and bring it to the venue. There is no printer at the venue.
