Hazards

Health: Inhalation of vapours can cause drowsiness, dizziness, and irritation of the respiratory system. Ingestion can be fatal if it enters the lungs. Skin contact can cause dryness or cracking.
Environmental: While not expected to be highly hazardous to the environment, avoid releasing large quantities into drains or waterways.
Control Measures
Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation when using Barrettine White Spirit. This can include opening windows and doors or using local exhaust fans. In enclosed spaces, consider respiratory protection.
Storage: Keep the container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated area away from heat sources, open flames, and ignition sources. Store in a grounded container to prevent static discharge.
Handling: Avoid breathing vapours or mists. Don't smoke or eat while using the product. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Use non-sparking tools and take measures to prevent static discharge.
