Dear Governor McMaster, A week ago I filed a motion with the South Carolina Supreme Court, exposing the fraud on the court committed by a magistrate judge and the circuit court clerks: https://sites.google.com/view/corruptionkills/supreme-court. The evidence contained in that motion puts me at risk of retaliation, which prompted me to try to file it with the police in a report. On coming to my precinct, I discovered that the police know my name and are ordered to not file any report I may attempt to file. I was not able to file my report. I have an audio recording of the local police officers refusing to file my report under various fabricated pretexts. I also have evidence of not being able to file any police report at all. This is a violation of my fundamental rights, it endangers me, and it provides another proof of the heinous criminal conspiracy in Horry County. Is there any way you can please help me file a police report? I can come to your office and we can go to any police precinct of your choice. I would like to file a police report. Please help me. On may 17. 2025: Dear Governor McMaster, In furtherance of my yesterday's plea for help, please find the evidence of the local police rejecting my reports of crimes listed on the police website as valid categories to be reported: https://sites.google.com/view/corruptionkills/police-collusion. I am not the only American citizen who is being thus entrapped by the police. I am afraid that, coupling this police practice with the practice whereby my name has been so blacklisted that attorneys decline engagement immediately upon learning my name and the S.C. Legal Aid attorney dismisses everything and advises to go to the local magistrate court, means that a proper concentration camp was created in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. On May 15, Office Aide Cory called me and said she will look into my situation: audio . She gave me a number to follow up with her next week: (803) 734-5049. This number became unresponsive since: 5/22 , 5/23 .The Governor's office number also became unresponsive.
On June 6, the Governor's office forwarded my telephone number to the Waccamaw Mental Health Center on the grounds that I was "appealing something and they could not understand what it was about". On June 6, the local Waccamaw Mental Health office called me and said that they were responding to my "concern":

I have no history of mental illness or psychiatric treatment. This felt like retaliation for my blowing the whistle on the constitutional and criminal violations practiced in Myrtle Beach under the color of law and the Governor's protection.

Dear Congressman Fry,, On May 5, I filed an emergency motion for certification with the South Carolina Supreme Court, exposing the fraud on the court committed by a local magistrate judge and the circuit court clerks, and requesting emergency transfer of my case to the Supreme Court docket: sites.google.com/view/corruptionkills/supreme-court. More than two weeks later, my emergency motion is still kept away from the Justices by the clerks. The evidence contained in that motion puts me at risk of retaliation, which prompted me to try to file it with the police in a report. On coming to my precinct on May 6, I discovered that the police know my name and are ordered to not file any report I may attempt to file. I was not able to file my report. I have an audio recording of the local police officers refusing to file my report under various fabricated pretexts: sites.google.com/view/corruptionkills/police-collusion. I also have evidence of not being able to file any police report at all. In addition, my name has somehow been blacklisted such that attorneys refuse to help me, even when they are actually looking for clients. My emergency motion contains some evidence of this, and I have much more evidence in safe storage.
This is an egregious violation of my fundamental rights, it endangers me, and it provides another proof of the heinous criminal conspiracy in Myrtle Beach that has been targeting me since my relocation. Is there any way you can please help me file a police report? I can come to your office and we can go together to any police precinct of your choice. I need to file a police report. on June 18, 2025: a man called my number and said he was calling from Congressman Fry's office in reference to my May 22 complaint. The man identified himself as Jordan Brown and used special directional voice cancellation technology to make his voice un-recorderable by the Recorder application on my computer. Only some of his words were recorded:

I called the Congressman's office number myself and asked to speak with Jordan Brown. The assistant who answered my call said they don't have Jordan Brown in the office. I asked again, and he confirmed. Then he asked for my name and went to speak to someone, after which the same man answered and said he was Jordan Brown only most assistants don't know his name:

His main purpose was to find out if I have any more information to add to my petition. When I asked for help filing a police report, he said he doesn't know how to help me and that he will talk around and they will call me back.
I filed the following follow up message on the official Congressman's website:
Dear Congressman Fry,
Today, your assistant Jordan Brown called in reference to my complaint filed on this website on May 22. While initially I couldn't recall that I contacted your office on May 22, my records reminded me, and I just want to reiterate that I will greatly appreciate your help in this matter. This situation, in which the police refuse to file my report, is a violation of my fundamental rights and is subjecting me to unchecked retaliation.
Is there any way you can please help me file a police report? Please let me know,
