Aug, 2023- What a recently UPLB graduate wrote about "parents making and raising kids in poverty", (this link) has perked me up about a fiction that I wrote which is copyright registered at the Library of Congress, Washington, D.C. As what the writer is, then it follows, the analyses may be like it. Genetics or better Molecular Genetics steps in... but to repeat this is a fiction and it does not point to anyone even to myself. In the near time, September (2023) will soon be around. And that means as the last three letters of the month suggest that the Christmas season will be fast approaching. When I was very glued in research at the Botanic Garden and Botanical Museum in Berlin (BGBM), my female colleague, when we were eating our lunch together in the mensa for Researchers/Professors, talked about a transformation of the Botanic Garden in Berlin, I was not focused at all. She hinted jokingly about holding a wedding reception for her daughter in the Botanic Garden. This really slipped my mind, though, I was thinking about marriage when I walked past a solemn "catholic church" situated in a submerged path intersecting the main road to the photo copier centre. More on Potsdam and something exciting that caught my eyes as shown in this video link. But this did not happen in Potsdam alone. I also had this experience (proximity of being near- within reach- while mother and baby birds are waiting for the pieces of food) while dining outdoors with colleagues in an Italian Restaurant in Berlin. AI in Classrooms. Here is the link.* I thought AI is in itself knowleageable enough not to be tutored. But I think it needs a feedback (or as received by the human counterpart?) so as to make the answer right by mentioning the few right items. Therefore, it looks like it leads you after the corrections. Well I only have one AI experience. So I really donot know if there is one that could register all of Biological abstracts since circa...? Might be specific but is there certainty that the answers are to the smallest details. *Will AI leads to cheating? so the only way that the students be graded are their in classroom activities and oral examinations minus the wifi and the like.

Just a Thought: Enlivening the human genome project and epigenetics (for some are inherited through it). There will be a realization that mostly/naturally whatever happens to a descendant healthwise can be traced to his/her ancestors (as long as they have existing medical history). Therefore, It is important that Personalized Medicine must be promulgated and to see what benefits will be attained once there are means of earlier intervention, drug wise and others (e.g. favorable environment including food). Rather than to wait for the similar inherited symptoms and that's the time curing will occur.

Did you remember the student who wants to be admitted to the UP and was holding a placard with the word "reconsideration" printed on it? (Did I write something about this in my past pages? I can't remember. ) If this is his very own pioneering knowledge of venturing into this type of action, I consider this as an art. Her mom just wrote in Smart Parenting how he graduated with high honors but from a different school. The real UP stude starts with an undergrad and may continue to be with UP for other/higher degrees. The mind is sharpened and the outlook is far, expansive and unshaken. The intellectual cloak flourishes around the UP stude/graduate/alumni whether these ideas plus the corresponding actions are facilitated vocally or silently (where it runs deep). These two ways identiy the UP stude/graduate/alumni how he/she stands with life. And are pointful as new or rare or uplifted and modified or a continuity of ordinary facade with satisfaction.

Took the Hollywood 1 route then turned left to Sunset Boulevard. Remembering right? Let's turn this side to the so-long-ago in remembrance of "Sunset Boulevard" [I think I had some glimpses of this written in my past pages]... Past Forward please.
Is writing the best way to do when one has retired from work ? I think so. This is ones goal but has not been achieved to the highest yet... unlike the others. Different views, variegated perspectives and with 500 plus international private friends who are writers, filmmakers, actors, actresses, etc. Some of them are in different countries... and if you have a group from Paris, for instance, by being with them all the time, it is easier to see them as a group, once you may have a visit. And later, you find yourself in a different sphere with exciting interest for newness. It is the right fans, gauged as to the number of page viewers (like for instance with 57,000+ viewers), that make you famous. And by doing so, you find yourself as a friend to your own self. Love Yourself!
When UP alumni turn their heads to recall those academic and cultural memories at UPD, it's the turn of the head of the famous or well known, bonafide with talents, filled with intelligence. It is in itself bearing a way of being known and not to be forced to be known. At the background, but millions of fold better than those who boast themselves with nothing at the end... no academic emblem or seal of international recognition that remain fastened, no science to mold the minds and wasteful to remember. A Playhouse or the like probably...

Talking about food (a topic sa Freshman Orientation 2023) at UP Diliman, that's true included sa University of Pila, that's why I ate at Malcolm Hall's canteen... kaunti lang tao don at that time pero parang na e -itch ako- ano ba ginagawa ko dyan? ORC was there and the staff were just kind and nice to think about! Let the memories roll....
To All UP- Be open minded. Fill your thoughts whatever you want to do with your life in a reasonable sense- Explore new stuff but be sure whatever you do you are in the safe side in terms of life's essentialities. Sa Literaturang Piksyon- I was thinking (just a thought that sparked) if someone could write: Kun alam lang ni Maria Makiling- Pangit kayo lahat! A nucleus for the mind to start thinking.
Previously in this page, I talked about enlivening Personalized Medicine (PM)- that is for Genetic and Epigenetic based diseases... Considering that like the recent pandemic where the virus might as well say was contained after successful hurdles with vaccines (traditional or modified traditional or new molecular ways of making) and the provoking light behind no- vaccine capability of substances such as nucleo- protein structures of HIV and HIV's ability to protect its own antigen, by damaging their known life cycle stages thru series of HIV drugs, preventing the AIDS occurrences, then why not apply these patterns to PM. What is missing if the gene could not be available for molecular application en masse, then think about a gene product that may substitute it in the forms of drugs and later would successfully be a part of a normal cellular pathway after it is functionally integrated, which would lead to curing a disease of a PM type. If something is missing then it has to be represented by this exogeneous substance, if something is awry (as a result of new introductions that would lead to unfavorable new pathways, as an example or instilled as a late expression of the gene to become awry, etc.), still the same, until one could view that in that cellular pathway produced, a normalcy is attained. Not just to introduce a drug and that is all. A cellular pathway of normalcy has to be reached and where, in that molecular pathway, the corrections were successfully integrated and favorably functioning. Probably, a progressive cellular and molecular pathway of "genetic/epigenetic developmental* occurrences" exclusively for PM has to be at hand per prospective patient.

Four Days ago-
I rode in a car and the driver had a full blast of tagalog songs and one of them I chose and memorized a phrase of its lyrics. I had a difficulty of finding this song until tonight. This could give a very nice push for emotional writers. And today, I devoted myself evaluating wild life farms together with the wildlife management group of a Gov't agency, until I found out just now that this song was sung by "I belong to the zoo". We were evaluating zoo- like farms and do you think, I belong there? Partly... but in a different way.... Here is the video link.

Find your own conducive "space" at UP Diliman, where you can study your lessons well. Pwede sa Ilalim ng acacia tree, you may sit there in fair weather while reading your notes at saka di ka self conscious, kun my naka tingin sa yo na isang isko o iska who happens to pss by, kailangan my "anong paki ko" na shield ka otherwise di ka maka aral ng mabuti at magawa kang "eskabitsi" (a type of fud just for the rhyming process) at d maka aral, or find your own space in the "lib", anywhere as long as you respect the space of others, too. At noise proof ang ears nyo- ito ba ang trait ng mga summas? while studying. Sa US schools, in a canteen setting when one wants to sit in a table where there is a remaining seat (a space is available), you ask permission to sit (May I sit here? Ito pla- Do you mind if I sit here?) Pero kun upd pila pwede pa ba to?.. but try to practice that manners at appropriate times. Mayroong conducive space then sa orgs nyo at when it comes to love-- don't be too aggresive, study aggresively muna.. laughter here and there kayo ha but I am quite sure ang mga alumni umiiyak na.. kasi as to their experience ang emotional downfall ma feel during exams mahirap kasi, therefore find a "space" for this too which will soon be filled with memorization and familiarization of book and lecture notes to at least get a 3. I doubt this marami na naging cum dyan ah. Find the other failures as an inspiration to your progressive studying... like yung sawi song bago lang na tugtug at si tarzan mo my jane na pala at vice versa for others... that's why there are a lot of spaces for your mental conduciveness there and looking forward for the best... For all those who think it's time to move on, find a new life component, what ever age, hold on to new views, cultivate new hobbies or make moves that make you healthy therefore: listen. Worth it??
