As our primary service hub, we provide high-accuracy on-site measured surveys for the Greater Memphis area. Utilizing focused measuring techniques, precision handheld data and laser scanning we deliver accurate plan drawings using Revit BIM and AutoCAD for renovations in Midtown, commercial tenant improvements in Downtown, and large-scale and small-scale residential developments across Shelby County.
We support the Atlanta AEC community with professional commercial and residential documentation. Our services focus on providing architects and property managers with verified existing-condition data (LOD 200/300) for office build-outs in Buckhead, retail space planning in Midtown, and custom renovation plans throughout the Georgia market.
Serving the rapid growth of the I-4 corridor, we provide specialized documentation for Florida’s unique residential and hospitality sectors. Our team utilizes low tech and high technology tools to capture complex site conditions, providing comprehensive planning documents for home additions and commercial tenant improvements from Tampa (and in between) to Orlando.
Using BIM cad work in the Northeast, we specialize in documenting Boston’s complex historic and urban architecture. We work closely with New England developers and architects to produce modern floor plans and renovation documents that respect the region’s heritage while meeting 21st-century commercial and residential standards.
