Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (ME&L)
Welcome to the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (ME&L) section of Community Plus Organization (COPO). This unit is responsible for tracking project implementation, assessing performance and impact, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting continuous learning for sustainable community development.
Through the ME&L system, COPO promotes:
timely and accurate data collection,
project monitoring and performance tracking,
impact assessment and reporting,
as well as organizational learning and accountability.
This system helps ensure that all COPO programs and activities deliver meaningful, measurable, and sustainable results to the communities we serve.
🔷 Data Access & Information Requests Policy
Any development stakeholder working with Community Plus Organization (COPO) may request access to program data strictly for legitimate monitoring, evaluation, learning, and accountability purposes.
All data requests must be submitted formally to COPO management for review and approval. Each request will be assessed to ensure:
The purpose is clearly aligned with ME&L objectives
Data usage respects beneficiary privacy and protection standards
The request complies with COPO policies and applicable ethical guidelines
The intended use contributes to transparency, learning, or program improvement
COPO reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline any data request based on relevance, sensitivity, and organizational safeguarding principles.
