Community Plus Organization (COPO), in collaboration with VETA Kipawa Dar es Salaam, is preparing to officially launch a youth vocational skills training partnership expected to begin in June 2026 during the commencement of formal training sessions.

The initiative aims to empower youth and women groups through vocational skills development, entrepreneurship support, and economic empowerment programs. The program is expected to involve local beneficiaries, VICOBA groups, and community leaders while promoting self-employment opportunities and sustainable community development.
