Dear Inner Wheel,
What good news that many of your clubs worldwide are excited to contribute to combating violence against women and girls and the UN Women campaign Orange the World!
I will inform my colleagues of the UN Women country offices and national committees that they might be contacted by Inner Wheel clubs about possible cooperation.
Anita also asked me about the use of the campaign logo of the orange hand, which originated with UNW NL but is now used in multiple countries. We would be happy if you helped promote the hand across the world, because that contributes to the unity and thereby the strength of the campaign. We would therefore like for you to help safeguard the goals and reputation of the campaign, by being willing to step in if for instance the logo is used on products or messages that could be detrimental to the campaign (for example t-shirts made in sweatshops, or that are otherwise incompatible with human rights standards and women’s rights in particular).
I wish you good luck with the campaign!
Best wishes, Marije Cornelissen, Director of UN Women the Netherlands

(1) It is about 40 minutes long. Take your time to watch. To listen, to know, to understand so that you are able to share in conversations with others and spread awareness. That's being the least part of the solution.
(2) Click the video description "...more". There are 4 contents sections to the video. Clicking on the time stamp jumps to the section. Also doable by click on the "chapters" picture frames below the description.
(3) (a) On the playback bar just below the video display, click on the button "CC". This will turn on captions on the display.
(3) (b) With CC button on, Click on the gear icon "Settings". In the pop-up window, select 'auto-translate' and then select the language.
4) Scroll down to the bottom of the description. Click the button 'Show Transcription'. From the transcription panel (with or without time stamp), you can copy the text to paste into your Wordprocessor.
