Belgium
Co-created by adult entrepreneurs during CommUnity workshops in Leuven, Belgium, this plan reflects the collective vision of local SMEs across retail, hospitality, consulting, and creative industries. It addresses three key community challenges: entrepreneurial burnout, unequal access to entrepreneurship for migrants and women over 35, and skills gaps among career-changers, and sets out practical strategies to promote mental well-being, social inclusion, and sustainable business practices.
Norway
Facilitated by CHARGE Incubator in Oslo, this Business Welfare Plan captures the shared priorities of a diverse network of entrepreneurs, freelancers, and startups. It tackles barriers facing immigrants, unemployed adults, and underrepresented groups (including difficulties navigating the healthcare system, social isolation, and limited access to the labour market) and proposes concrete business-led actions to build more inclusive, connected, and resilient local communities.
Italy
Developed within the Erasmus+ CommUnity project, this Business Welfare Plan brings together micro and small enterprises from the Province of Bari, Italy. It outlines how local artisan, agricultural, and service businesses can actively support community well-being by promoting social inclusion, sustainable practices, and collaboration between entrepreneurs, institutions, and civil society, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups such as women, migrants, and adults with low educational attainment.
