We use Google Drive as collaborative spaces for staff to work on shared lesson planning, school planning and to share resources. We also use Google classroom to disseminate lesson plans (see attached examples). This Asynchronous collaboration between subject departments and sharing of subject plans with digital technology enhances student learning.
First and second year students use digital portfolios to record their CBAs and receive feedback.

5th year LCVP produce their portfolio on google classroom and receive feedback.
TYs create detailed digital portfolios and receive feedback to improve their work.
The English department as a teaching and learning strategy to improve literacy are encouraging all students to use the Sora app (see a screencastify video which explains this). To support this Sora is a shortcut on our Google Chromebooks.
Synchronous communications happen via google meet if need be.
STEM passport students will teach first years and primary students how to use micro:bits, and they can you this experience for LCVP.
As issues may arise in the community, we reflect and amend our scheme of work to facilitate learning and topical issues. Eg: Webwise issue of consent and RTEs documentary on Cocos law. We then try to roll this across year groups/ classes where appropriate.
