Junior students have digital portfolios and record CBAs and best practice.
Group work takes place in Coding CBA and it is recorded on google sites.
Students have a new student reflection form, currently being tested by the teacher digital team.
Teachers are "gamifying" formative assessment by using tools like Blooket and Quizlet.
CMCO was proud to pilot Practice Sets for Google classroom and are using it with our Maths students (see screenshot for example) need to get a screenshot.

Screencastify used in First Year English to practise for Oral presentations in Second Year.
Google Forms as Exit Tickets, we have created an exit form to develop reflection skills.
Studyclix Quizes - students enjoy these and it allows the teacher to assess learning and a detailed analysis is given to teacher to help assess the learning
Screencastify is used to give oral feedback on work submitted to classroom. This can give students a clearer insight/ saves time in class and gives a personal touch.
Our students engage in inputting target grades into compass which is our reporting software, they collaborate with their parents and teachers and the target and actual grades appear on their reports. https://www.cmco.ie/target-grades/. We have collaborated with other schools using the Compass SIS on this.
To track student progress in exams we are using the Athena tracker, this software compares students progress with their potential progress which is based on CAT testing. (see screenshot for an example)
