Our group meets virtually using Google Meet. You can join from your computer, tablet, or smartphone by using this link:
To help things go smoothly, here are a few tips for getting started:
Protecting Your Anonymity: CoDA is an anonymous program. If you're using your Google account to join the meeting, please make sure your last name isn't visible. You can remove it through your Google Account settings. (Note: it may take a few hours for changes to update across all Google apps, so it's best to adjust this ahead of time.)
Best Browser for Computer Users: If you're joining from a computer, Google Meet works best in Google Chrome. You can download it for free here: google.com/chrome
Using a Phone or Tablet? When you click the meeting link, you’ll be prompted to download the free Google Meet app if you don’t already have it installed.
Try a Test Run: If you’d like to test your connection ahead of time, click the link before the meeting. If you see a message that says “Asking to join…,” you’re all set and will be able to connect when it’s time.
If you don’t have access to a computer or smart device, you can still participate by calling in by phone. You won’t be able to view shared documents during the meeting, but we’ve made most of them available on our Our Meetings page if you’d like to follow along.
To join by phone:
📞 Dial: +1 316-778-8254
🔢 Enter PIN: 582 396 507#
🔇 To mute or unmute during the call, press *6
If you're feeling unsure or have any trouble connecting, know that you’re not alone—we’ve all been newcomers at some point. We’re here to support each other, and you are very welcome in our group.
