This toolkit is designed to support Philadelphia technology instructional coaches as they develop and lead schoolwide personalized professional learning and implement a coaching model. The materials provided in this toolkit are carefully selected to align with the needs of coaches and educators embarking on a learner-driven, transparent, job-embedded approach to professional learning.
This toolkit includes resources and strategies that build on each other over the three phases of implementation of a coaching model. Whereas many of the support materials and strategies may be implemented independently of order, it is recommended that coaches review the entire collection to identify elements that will best meet the needs of individuals and the school as a collective.
