Open data & code sharing

We are committed to open science.

We have shared MRI data from over 500 individuals, including over 1,000 MRI scans, along with rich clinical and demographic data in the IDEAS, and IDEAS II releases.

We have developed the Brain MoNoCle normative modelling platform, which is available for use by the neuroimaging community.

We have also shared code and mathematical models of brain dynamics. See the resources section for further information.
