AAD Nationals

This past April our unit had the honor of traveling down to Pensacola Florida for the  11th consecutive year to compete in the Navy Athletic,  Academic, and Drill Nationals.  The unit placed 7th overall, the highest the unit has ever placed. Our cadets had many achievements not only as a whole but also individually. The team set the standard for the rest of the unit. This will be a year to remember Bravo Zulu cadets!

Orienteering Nationals



This past march, cadets traveled to North and South Carolina to compete in the Navy National Orienteering Championships (NNOC).  The unit ended up placing 4th in the nation which is the highest that we have ever accomplished. The terrain in the Carolinas was less than ideal, with hills and thick brush covering the course, but cadets on the team persevered through the adversities of the course and managed to create history in the standings for Colts Neck High school! Bravo Zulu to the cadets on the nationals team!



Change of Command Ceremony

On April 25, cadets were marched outside to honor upcoming senior cadets as they start off the new year with their staff positions. within the ceremony, the outgoing and incoming staff were honored with our nations colors, and the ceremony commenced! following the ceremony, our former battalion commander and current batallion commander gave speeches to all of our cadets! additionally, the inc oming cadets' parents were invited to come and witness them as they fill out their new positions! the dedication of the cadets is admirable and an inspiration for underclassmen for the future! congraduations to the batallion staff and good luck for the following year!

   Area           Manager        Inspection

On 9, February, 2024, our unit held its annual Area Manager Inspection. Over two-hundred cadets completed inspection, marched the ceremony and watched our combined drills teams that followed. During the ceremony our unit honored graduating seniors on a well accomplished four years in the NJROTC program at Colts Neck Highschool. In addition to the ceremony, our unarmed and armed exhibition drill teams and freshman drill team had the opportunity to present their routines infront of NJROTC parents and fellow cadets. Following the ceremony cadets sat down for a delicious meal provided by our wonderful parents club. We are very pleased to announce that all of our cadets passed the inspection, Bravo Zulu cadets!
