Non-Lethal Shotgun Guide!
Non-Lethal shotgun training is available for Advanced TR+ and must be completed to progress further within TRG
What is the Non-Lethal Shotgun used for:
The non-lethal shotgun can only be used outside and cannot be used inside buildings. It can also be used for hostage situations or if a prisoner/civilian is running away from you. The non-lethal shotgun can only be used against phase 1 firearms.
The Non-Lethal Shotgun can only be used inside buildings by officers in the subdivision Tornado.
To sum it up, the shotgun is like a taser with more shots and can be used against phase 1 firearms but must be used outside.
Rules:
Like every weapon/item in Prison, you can be punished if you misuse it. If caught using the non-lethal shotgun wrong/abusively. You could get anything from a T1 to a T3. You could also have the training removed and also be demoted in the TR group.
Discharging Rules:
You must give 1 valid warning with 7 seconds before shooting at the suspect, this is to ensure the safety of your life and other people's lives. Anyone caught not doing this will receive a punishment and possibility of re-doing your Non-Lethal Shotgun Training.
