About the Art: Remembrance Day also known as Veteran’s Day is a day to remember soldiers that fought in a war. That’s why in the same place they fought there are gray and white crosses with poppies growing in front of the cross. One day the war ended on November 11th. Officially known as Remembrance Day. And on Remembrance Day a soldier wrote a poem about all the soldiers that fought in a war.
