Panorama International Yoga Day Photo Contest Winner:

Shri Gajanan Hegde, won the Photo Contest organized by Panorama India during the International Yoga Day. He received a certificate signed by Consulate General of India, Toronto. HAA Toronto chapter proudly congratulates Shri Gajanan Hegde’s this achievement.

Achievements by Children and Youth of Canada Chapter:

1. Adyant Vasista, 6 years, Recited Bhagavadgita chapter 1 (first 10 shlokas) and won 2nd Prize

2. Amrutha Bhat, Grade 8, Received Shine Award for Success Harmony Integrity Nurture Excellence from Sunny View Middle School

3. Nidhi Hegde, Grade 7, won 2nd Prize in Kannada Maatrubhase speech conducted by Kannada Sangha Toronto

4. Kaavya Hegde, Grade 10, won 1st Prize in Naavika World Kannada summit for reciting ಹಳೆಗನ್ನಡ ಕವನ; won 1st Prize in Panorama India art competition on the occasion of India's Independence Day celebration; won 1st Prize in Kannada Maatrubhase speech conducted by Kannada Sangha Toronto

5. Shreyas Bhat, at grade 12 graduation received Computer Science Course Award, Elizabeth Kennedy Chemistry Award and Frank Hogg Award - The highest average in two Grade 12 Math, Physics, and Chemistry courses
