NGS Platforms (Opportunities and Limitations), NGS Applications (Case Studies), Planning an effective NGS experiment by efficiently choosing the right technology, throughput and read length.
Practical application of various algorithms and tools employed for NGS data analysis with key focus on applying the right parameter for the right kind of data set.
You will learn to evaluate and operate with the right combination of tools to develop a customized workflow / pipeline towards obtaining best analysis results for specific application (Eg. RNA-Seq,Metagenome, ChIP-Seq, Exome-Seq, etc.)
Pre-published data will be taken up of the project with an objective to apply your learning to the real data-set. You will understand the research focus, make customized pipeline with right tools, Interpret the analyzed results based on your understanding of the author’s discussion and submit the findings as a final report.
