Teacher José Soares and students Alice and Ângela presented the Clean Environment, Green World project at the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria. The conference brought together teachers from different levels of education across Portugal’s Central Region, providing an opportunity to share the project’s activities, results and commitment to environmental sustainability.

During Science Week, students and teachers used resources from the Clean Environment, Green World project in learning activities involving children aged 3 to 12. Through practical and engaging experiences, students developed their knowledge of environmental protection, sustainability and responsible everyday habits, while strengthening collaboration, curiosity and critical thinking.

During meetings with families, the activities and educational resources created by the Clean Environment, Green World project were presented to the school communities. These sessions offered an overview of the European cooperation behind the project and helped share European values such as inclusion, respect, solidarity, sustainability and active citizenship

Education authorities in the regions where the partner schools are located were introduced to the Clean Environment, Green World project and its European collaboration. These meetings provided an opportunity to share the project’s activities, educational resources and outcomes, while highlighting the importance of cooperation between schools and local institutions in promoting sustainability, environmental responsibility and European values.

School Open Days gave students from different year groups the opportunity to discover the activities and educational resources created through the Clean Environment, Green World project. These events encouraged environmental awareness and helped students embrace European values such as cooperation, inclusion, respect, solidarity and active citizenship.

Dedicated sessions gave teachers the opportunity to explore the objectives, educational resources and experiences of the Clean Environment, Green World project. They encouraged the exchange of good practices and inspired educators to integrate sustainability, environmental responsibility, European cooperation and active citizenship into their teaching.

Primary school students used resources from the Clean Environment, Green World project in engaging hands-on activities. These learning experiences helped them understand the importance of protecting the environment, adopting sustainable habits and working together to build a greener future.

During the Spring Festival, preschool children took part in creative and playful activities inspired by the Clean Environment, Green World project. Through age-appropriate experiences, they explored nature, learned simple ways to care for the environment and discovered the importance of cooperation in building a greener future.

The Marinha Grande Teachers’ Meeting welcomed the Clean Environment, Green World project, giving educators the opportunity to discover its objectives, activities and educational resources. The session encouraged the exchange of experiences and good practices, promoting the integration of sustainability, environmental awareness and European values into teaching.
