Cos is a developed and civilized Island Ubarate roughly 400 miles off the coast of mainland Gor, and this sim represents one of four Cosian cities, Selnar. The only way is by ship. The coasts are patrolled regularly. Selnar stands as a city of strength, strategy, and tradition and has now emerged as the new heart of Cosian power, entrusted with the Home Stone of Cos after the fall of civil governance in Telnus. Its ports and fortified walls make it a key military and trade stronghold, teeming with warriors, scribes, merchants, and builders who uphold Cosian honor.
The people of Selnar are fiercely loyal, disciplined, and pragmatic, shaped by both their island’s demands and their city’s rising prominence. They value strength, order, and the legacy of Cos, with warriors training relentlessly, merchants driving the economy, and scribes and magistrates preserving their history and law. Even the low castes are valued as they continue to be the foundation that all rests upon. With the era of civil rule behind them, every citizen holds a place in the city’s unfolding destiny.
By now, Ubar Lucius Versus Martialis is well known for overthrowing the administration that was installed in Telnus and making Selnar the new capital of Cos. Under his guidance, expansion has continued to the Vosk with Port Cos, after winning territory through the Port Kar and Turmus was. the city worked together to make Selnar the new heart of Cos. At this point, the Castes have come together to shape and mold the future of the city. Opportunities still present themselves for those willing to navigate the political scene, and the sudden influx of residents has filled the trade tunnels with wealth it had not seen in the past. No longer was the area considered just "slums", but a thriving exoic trade district where all castes can hustle for deals to be made, thanks to the red tape often avoided. What else might you find?

Our mission is to create a community of proactive roleplayers built on respect for the BtB lore we have at our disposal, the stories created, and each other. We plan to emphasize the toughness of Gor while trying to maintain enough creative license to allow the community to thrive with deep storylines that last. While you may find our city to conduct itself more strictly (BtB) stay a while and give it a chance. We think you will find the stories more creative and more inclusive,
Note: While this is a consent-based sim, players will not be supported in avoiding the consequences of their actions.
