NEW! Now, slaves can rent homes and/or shops under the name of their NPC owners (or with the permission of their PC owners).
All unlocked housing is first-come, first-served.
If housing becomes limited, the sim reserves the right to refund inactive players and give the rental to a more active player. This includes any shop/housing combos.
Housing Administrator: Submit a ticket on Discord for more immediate responses. If you do not have Discord, contact Ziva Huntsman or Sentinal Unplugged
Before renting, know our restrictions:
REQUIRED: Use this guide so your items don't get returned: Low Lag Decor Guide
Outdoor signs must be approved
No online indicators
No hover text
Prims outside of the home are subject to admin discretion
Anything visible from the outside is subject to admin discretion (doors, curtains, window decoration)
No full bright. This will be returned immediately.
No loud sounds, script-heavy or high VRAM objects
If using a rezzerbox, you must still remain in your prim allotment. If it causes lag, you may need to remove it.
If you need help, we have decorators!
How to rent:
If there is a waiting list (indicated at the top of the page in red) Then skip to #2.
Check out the map at the Rental Office. If a pin is green, it is available and you can click on it to TP to it and check it out. ALL rental boxes are locked.
To request a rental, create a ticket in Discord (Fastest) or drop a notecard to Sentinal Unplugged with your name, the rental house/s you're interested in, and the number of people in your RP group. Discord response time is within 24 hrs. In-world response time is within 48 hours. Sometimes, we do have a waiting list, so you may not be the first to inquire regarding an available rental. Rentals are opened in a first-come, first-served manner, and group sizes are taken into account. Larger homes will only be rented to groups of 2+ free persons.
Rentals are for active players, so we've set the rental terms to 3 weeks. This ensures we don't have homes sitting unused for several weeks while the waitlist grows. If housing becomes limited, the sim reserves the right to refund any inactive players and give the rental to someone more active.
We are not currently offering extra prims to rent. Anyone placing furniture or decor in your rental must be on the rental as a subtenant. Anyone not on the rental box as a subtenant will have their items returned.
If you use a sim decorator, they will provide the number of prims used, and it will be subtracted from your allotment. If numbers change, it is your responsibility to alert us.
