We are pleased to share Wellbeing training from the NHS Employment and Health team to support you during Covid-19. There are sessions throughout February and March on keeping active, sleep, financial wellbeing, resilience, bereavement as well as talks on bowel cancer, drugs and IOSH. There is also information and advice from Home Energy Scotland.

national assistance helpline

A helpline has been set up to provide essential assistance to those who do not have a network of support, but who may be at increased risk if they contract coronavirus (COVID-19).
