本活動線上報名已截止。未於截止日期前完成報名者，可於研討會當天至福智佛教學院的簽到處臨時報名，並現場繳費。請注意，臨時報名者可能無法保證有餐食供應，優先提供給提前報名的與會人員，僅在有剩餘便當的情況下，才能供應給臨時報名者。

由於今年不開放線上會議的形式與會。若原先報名線上，再煩請來信告知要轉為實體與會或取消報名，以利能順利通知您有關於與會及繳費相關資訊，謝謝。

(1)會議費用包含手冊印製、茶點準備、會場布置、講師出席與接待等相關費用。

三、有關於現場報到及與會時相關注意事項
1. 報名地點均位於福智佛教學院佛法應用研究所一樓入口處，報到處櫃檯分貴賓（含學會理監事／中華本土社會科學會會員／主持人／評論人／論壇發表人）、壁報投稿者及一般與會人員，屆時請到適合之櫃台辦理報到並領取名牌、會議資料後再行入座。
為免耽誤研討會開始時間，請各位夥伴準時入場，協助研討會進行。
2. 本次研討會備有飲食，皆為素食，若您不用餐，還煩請來信cissa1071103@gmail.com告知。
3. 研討會進行期間，為尊重主講者及參與夥伴，請將手機關機或改為靜音。
未經主辦單位同意，研討會期間請勿錄音、錄影。活動三日完成簽到退者，大會將發給研習證書，請各位夥伴確實親自簽到，以利工作人員準備。

交通方式：
鐵公路：
彰化火車站搭乘「彰化客運」，「台中客運」101 路線，於彰化縣原住民生活館下車，步行約 五分鐘，即可抵達。
中山高速公路：
1. 彰化市以北者，經高速公路南下，下王田交流道往彰化方向，經大肚橋，沿中山路直行經台化工廠、7-11，左轉進德路即可抵達。
2. 彰化市以南者，經高速公路北上，下彰化交流道往彰化方向，沿中華西路右轉中央 路，上中央路橋，左轉中山路(台一線)直行，右轉進德路即可抵達。
國道三號高速公路：
由快官系統交流道(往彰化方向)下中彰快速道路(台 74 線)，至中彰牛埔交流道(芬園)出口後 右轉彰南路(台 14 線)，至中山路左轉，經台化工廠，左轉進德路，即可抵達。
高鐵：
臺灣高鐵台中(烏日)站下車，轉搭「台中客運」101 路線，「彰化客運」台中-鹿港路線， 「員林客運」台中-王功路線、員林客運 6737 [台中-西港]線，於彰化縣原住民生活館下 車，步行約五分鐘，即可抵達。(註：以上資訊若有異動，以高鐵車站現場公告為準)

3. Entity participation
The complete event date is from November 3, 2023 (Friday) to November 5, 2023 (Sunday). Please refer to the agenda or pre-departure notification letter and pay attention to the check-in time. We respectfully request participants from abroad to attend the conference in person.

Explanation
(1)The registration fee includes expenses related to handbook printing, refreshment preparation, venue setup, speaker attendance, and reception.
(2)When claiming free admission, please upload relevant proof documents in advance or present them on-site.
Things to note about on-site registration and attendance
(1)Registration desks will be located at the entrance of the Institute of Ethnology, Academia Sinica. Desks will be categorized for Distinguished Guests (including Directors and Supervisors of the Society/ Members of the Chinese Association of Indigenous Social Sciences/ Moderators/ Commentators/ Forum Presenters), Poster Presenters, and General Attendees. Please proceed to the appropriate desk for registration, collect your name tag and conference materials, and then take your seat. To ensure the smooth commencement of the conference, please arrive on time and assist in the orderly proceedings.
(2)Vegetarian meals will be provided during the conference. If you do not require meals, please inform us via email：cissa1071103@gmail.com
(3)During the conference, please switch off or set your mobile phones to silent mode out of respect for the speakers and fellow participants. Recording, either audio or video, during the conference is strictly prohibited without prior consent from the organizers. Participants who complete the sign-in process throughout the three-day event will receive a participation certificate. Kindly ensure that you personally sign in to facilitate the administrative process.
