王智弘教授現任國立彰化師範大學輔導與諮商學系教授兼學務長,為國立彰化師範大學輔導與諮商學系博士,曾任國立彰化師範大學輔導與諮商學系所教授兼系主任、婚姻與家族治療研究所所長與研究倫理審查委員會主任委員,曾借調彰化縣政府擔任教育處處長、彰化縣家庭教育中心主任,並曾任「台灣輔導與諮商學會」理事長、「台灣心靈健康資訊協會」理事長與「中華本土社會科學會」理事長,現任本會輔導理事長。
王教授著作等身,曾獲國立彰化師範大學傑出研究教師獎、傑出服務教師獎以及台灣輔導與諮商學會傑出研究獎與中華民國教育學術團體聯合年會木鐸獎等,歷年研究主題包括:諮商倫理、網路諮商、網路成癮、員工協助方案等,近十年來更全力投入本土諮商心理學與本土社會科學之研究領域,先後推動創設「本土諮商心理學研究發展中心」、「本土諮商心理學學刊」與「中華本土社會科學會」,也投入「一次單元諮商模式」、「助人專業倫理雙元模型」以及「本土社會科學創造詮釋學」等本土化理論模式之建構,在本土諮商心理學與本土社會科學領域有先驅性且獨創性的貢獻。
Mr. Chih-Hung Wang is currently a professor at the Department of Guidance and Counseling (DGC) and dean of student affairs at the National Changhua University of Education (NCUE). He holds a doctorate in the DGC at NCUE. He once served as professor and director of the DGC, Institute of Marriage and Family Therapy, and chairman of the Research Ethics Committee at NCUE. He was seconded to the Changhua County Government as Director General of the Education Department and Director of the Changhua County Family Education Center. He also served as president of the "Taiwan Guidance and Counseling Association (TGCA)," "Taiwan Association of Mental Health Informatics (TAMHI)," and "The Chinese Indigenous Social Sciences Association (CISSA)," and is currently the association's guidance president. Professor Wang is the author of many books and articles, and has won the Outstanding Research Teacher Award, the Outstanding Service Teacher Award of the NCUE, the Outstanding Research Award of the TGCA, and the Muduo Award of the Annual Conference of the Federation of Educational Academic Groups of the Republic of China. His research topics over the years include Counseling ethics, Internet counseling, Internet addiction, employee assistance programs, etc.
In the past ten years, it has devoted more efforts to the research fields of Indigenous counseling psychology and Indigenous social sciences. He has successively promoted the establishment of the "Center for Indigenous Counseling Psychology, "The Journal of Indigenous Counseling Psychology" and " CISSA." He has also invested in Indigenous theories such as the "Single Session Counseling Model," "The Duality Model of Professional Ethics for Helper," and "Indigenous Social Science Creative Hermeneutics." He has made pioneering and original contributions to indigenous counseling psychology and indigenous social sciences.
