劉淑慧教授，美國Purdue大學諮商教育博士，現任彰化師範大學輔導與諮商學系教授。
藉由西方現象學觀點、東方易經智慧，梳理西方生涯理論，提出辯證存在生命生涯（DEL）模式。鼓勵與協助人們以辯證和諧的方式開展生涯，運用既掌控又悅納的剛柔並濟方法，朝向既安身又立命的兼容並蓄目標，展開自我與他者之無限可能性。並依據此模式建立華人生涯網及生涯錦囊系列影片。
以探問「為何活、如何活」為一生懸命；以終生學習、教學相長自許，以行動研究精神展開學術生涯發展。在廣泛涉略易經、現象學、倫理學、敘事學、身心靈健康、表達性藝術治療等跨學科領域中，嘗試將DEL精神落實在研究法、生涯輔導與諮商之教學。
Professor Shu-Hui Liu received her Ph.D. in Counseling Education from Purdue University, currently serving as a professor at Department of Guidance & Counseling, National Changhua University of Education.
She proposed the Dialectic Existential Lifecareer Model (DEL) by systematically examining, organizing and elaborating Western career theories through the lens of Western phenomenological perspective and Eastern wisdom from the Classic of Changes. The model encourages and assists individuals unfold their career in a dialectical and harmonious way, applying strategies that combines both controlling and appreciating, striving towards goals that encompass both settling-down-on-earth and living-out-spiritual-meaning, expanding abundant possibilities both for self and others. Based on this model, she set up Chinese Career Net and a series of instructional videos of tips and tricks for career.
Throughout her life, she devoted to the exploration of 'why we live, how to live'. With the love of lifelong learning and the belief in reciprocal teaching and learning, she pursues her academic career development in the way echoing action research spirit. While delving broadly into interdisciplinary fields such as the Classic of Changes, phenomenology, ethics, narrative studies, mental and spiritual well-being, expressive arts therapy, etc., she endeavors to embody the spirit of DEL in her teaching and practicing of both research as well as career guidance and counseling.

吳美瑤教授，國立臺灣師範大學教育學博士，曾任亞太道德教育學會(APNME, Asia-Pacific Network for Moral Education)會長(2017-2022)、亞太道德教育學會對道德教育期刊基金會溝通代表(APNME Representative to JMET)；現任國立高雄師範大學教育學系教授、教育學刊(Educational Review)主編、Journal of Moral Education編輯委員。
吳教授的學術專長為品德教育(Character Education)、教育系統理論、教育基礎理論。研究主題包括: 倫理學與道德教育、西方教育理論對華人與東亞社會的影響歷史、人格教育學。其發表之中文、英文與德文學術期刊論文和專書論文，主要環繞在西方科學系統對華人教育體系的影響，並特別聚焦在倫理學、品德教育與人格發展的議題上。其擔任亞太道德教育學會會長與Journal of Moral Education編輯委員期間，特別重視讓亞太地區國家的品德教育議題和研究成果能受到國際學術界的重視，對於推動本土社會科學研究國際化有所貢獻。
Professor Meiyao Wu who got her PhD degree in Education from National Taiwan Normal University. She has served as the Chair of the APNME(Asia-Pacific Network for Moral Education, 2017-2022) and the APNME Representative to JMET(Journal of Moral Education Trust). Currently, she is professor in the Department of Education of National Kaohsiung Normal University, editor-in-chief of Educational Review, and editorial board member of Journal of Moral Education.
Professor Wu’s academic expertise includes character education, educational system theory, and theories of educational foundation. Research topics include: ethics and moral education, the history of the impact of western educational theories on Chinese and East Asian societies, and personality pedagogy. She has published academic journal articles and monographs in Chinese, English and German, mainly focusing on the impact of the western scientific system on the Chinese educational system, with a special focus on ethics, character education and personality development. During her tenure as Chair of the APNME and editorial board member of the Journal of Moral Education, she paid special attention to ensuring that moral education issues and research results in the Asia-Pacific region can be valued by the international academic community, which is important for promoting the internationalization of academic researches of indigenous social sciences.
