During periods of high demand, it is possible that the Angels' Helpline may experience longer wait times. However, there are several options available to accommodate your needs:
Call back service: If you choose to contact the helpline via phone and prefer not to wait in the queue, you can opt for the call back service. This will save your place in the queue, and a peer facilitator or counselor will return your call as soon as possible.
Remaining on hold: If you decide to stay on hold, the helpline team will attend to you as soon as a peer facilitator or counselor becomes available. Please note that the opening hours of the helpline are from 8 am to 12 midnight.
Email support: If you prefer not to wait on the phone or the wait times are longer than you wish, you can send an email to the helpline. We will respond to your email and provide support and guidance.
Online Chat: If you opt for chat, we will aim to connect with you within 15-30 minutes. Once the chat is initiated by the peer facilitator or counselor, you can begin the conversation online.
If webchat is also experiencing high demand and you are unable to connect, you are encouraged to call the helpline or send an email for assistance.
